Sujith Divakaran
BACKGROUND
Sujith Divakaran is committed to protecting the rights of employees and making sure employers follow the rules. He has represented employees in all types of workplace issues, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Sujith has successfully litigated cases against a number of corporate giants and takes pride in achieving the best results for his clients.
Sujith graduated from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2007. During law school, he assisted injured workers involved in workers’ compensation disputes, and also spent time advocating on behalf of individuals with disabilities.
Sujith enjoys basketball, tennis, music, and generally all things relating to comedy. During his free time, he enjoys exploring new restaurants and attending local music events.
